If the question is locked after 15:00 and you want to make it available for at least until 15:15, you have to manually tell the question which students should be able to answer it. You can do that by using the tab "Exclusively for students (until 9:45)" of the question. If you want to remove the quiz after the warning message appears, you must use the Student override to remove the restriction in the quiz settings. You can select the "Until" date and the "From" date and then remove the "Until" date restriction in the "Test settings" tab. The message "Please note that this criteria will be enforced by the teacher of the quiz. Please ensure that the student's parent has access to this quiz." will still appear. Even if you remove the restriction, the only way to access the test after "Until" 15:00 is if "until" 15:23 is selected as the "From" date for the quiz.
